Lanier construction was started back in 1954 by Marion G. Lanier who believed that pride of craftsmanship and quality was No.1 for his customers. Through the years the business has grown and been passed down from Marion to M. G. Lanier jr. and then to Richard Lanier who now runs the family operated business and still carries on the belief that pride of craftsmanship and quality are still No.1.

Today Lanier Construction is still family owned and operated with three generations of the Lanier family who are: (Marion G. Lanier jr. and Terry Lanier "who are both Marion's sons", Richard Lanier "Who now runs the company" and Jeremy Lanier "who is Terry's son") all very knowledgeable carpenter's.
